CAMP REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please read all information below before beginning registration process. There are some changes from previous years.

1) REGISTRATION

  • By submitting a registration form, you agree to abide by the camp rules listed below

  • A registration form must be completed for each person planning to attend. This includes babies and small children as this is needed for the camp's insurance purposes.

  • A registration form must be completed if you will not be staying on the property but plan to attend sessions and activities during the day

  • After completing a registration form, you will receive an invoice by email

  • Registration forms will be accepted until registration deadline or until camp space is full

  • Registration deadline is Saturday, May 9, 2026

  • Any registrations between May 10th - May 16th will incur a $10 late registration fee per person

  • We cannot accept any registrations after May 16th

  • It is your responsibility to inform administrative staff of any changes that may occur before  camp

2) COUPLE ROOMS

  • Due to limited availability of couple rooms, rooms will  be assigned after deposit has been paid

  • After available rooms have been filled, you can be placed on a waiting list or will have the option to have a bunk room

  • Priority for these rooms will go to couples and families. We cannot guarantee these rooms to singles.​

3) PAYMENT

  • Please make all payments (including deposits) through the CashApp, Zelle or Venmo handles on your invoice. Include your invoice number when making payment(s).

  • New!!! Payments can be made by credit card. Choosing to pay via credit card will incur an additional 3% charge of invoice total.

  • ​A $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required within 14 days of receiving invoice. (This deposit is deducted from the total registration cost.) 

  • The remaining balance can be made in full or in installments. Registration is not considered complete until balance is paid.​​​

  • Entire payment for each camper must be paid by Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. No refunds will be issued after this date.

  • A $25 late registration fee per person will be added to any registrations between May 10th and May 16th. Any registrations between these dates must be paid by May 17th

Camp Rules

  • By submitting a registration form, you have agreed to abide by the campground rules and the teachings according to the Message of the Hour.

  • All registered campers must stay on the campgrounds during the entire length of camp

  • No camper is to leave the grounds without receiving permission from administrative staff*

  • Children 8 years old and younger must have adult supervision at all times

  • Campers must stay in their assigned rooms between 12am and 7am

  • Unless married or family, no two members of the opposite sex are to be alone unsupervised at any time.

  • *Attire*:

    • All campers are required to wear appropriate attire and shoes while outside of sleeping quarters

    • Males:

      • No shorts, skinny jeans or torn/damaged jeans

      • No baggy jeans

      • Wear a belt as necessary

      • No inappropriate graphic tees

    • Females:

      • Modest, loose-fitting dresses or skirts are to be worn when outside of sleeping quarters

      • No tight, clingy or form-fitting skirts or dresses

      • Skirts and dresses must be below the knee when sitting

      • Leggings may be worn under dress or skirt but dress/skirt must be below the knee

      • Modest sleeves and necklines

      • No shorts, slacks

      • No sheer/see-through clothing

  • All posts to social media should be appropriate

  • All electronic devices (such as cell phones, tablets, etc.) must be turned off or on silent during service times

  • Campers must remain in designated dormitory areas at all times. (I.e. males should not be in the area of the female dormitories and vice versa) *

  • If any damage occurs to the camp property, the responsible party will be required to pay for the repairs

  • Campers are required to attend all scheduled activities and services

  • Campers are responsible for checking lost and found before leaving the campground

  • All vehicles must be registered for identification purposes

  • Gaming electronics, cigarettes, vaping devices, alcohol, recreational drugs, knives, guns and/or other weapons are not permitted*

  • The use of scooters and golf carts are to be used by security and medical staff only

  • The loss of any room keys will incur a fee of $30, payable to Gunter Camp & Conference Center

  • Jesus Christ Tabernacle and Gunter Camp & Conference Center are not responsible for any stolen items or property
